Lead delivery, explained

How LeadChâteau works for licensed insurance professionals.

LeadChâteau generates consumer inquiries, evaluates them against delivery rules, and gives eligible subscribers a focused place to manage follow-up. The goal is a more accountable lead workflow, not insurance advice.

Category availability is intentionally controlled by state, consent, eligibility, and compliance gates. Auto and Home consumer intake remains on hold pending approved pilot-state readiness.

Current launch model

EXCLUSIVE inquiry routing

One qualified exclusive inquiry is routed to one eligible LeadChâteau subscriber only. Exclusivity does not mean a consumer has not requested information elsewhere, and it does not guarantee contact or conversion.

Built to support future rules

Shared-routing capability exists in the product architecture, but it is not enabled for the initial launch.

The delivery sequence

A clear path from a voluntary request to a workable lead record.

Each consumer-facing request begins on a LeadChâteau-owned, category-specific digital marketing landing page or funnel. The consumer voluntarily submits their information, and the consent language displayed with that submission is captured in the record.

  1. 01

    Consumer requests information

LeadChâteau-owned, category-specific digital landing pages give consumers a simple way to voluntarily request information from a licensed insurance professional.

  2. 02

    Compliance and quality checks

The submission is reviewed through LeadChâteau's workflow, including the requested category, state, consent capture, and available submission details.

  3. 03

    Eligible agent routing

Qualified inquiries are evaluated against eligibility, active subscription, available credits, geographic preferences, and compliance gates.

  4. 04

    Portal delivery and follow-up

The assigned agent receives the inquiry in the LeadChâteau portal and by notification, with source and consent records retained for the account workflow.

Routing rules

Every delivery decision starts with eligibility.

Before an inquiry is delivered, LeadChâteau checks the requested category and state, an agent's approval and active subscription, lead-credit availability, geographic preferences, and applicable compliance gates. When a qualified inquiry is assigned, the portal record retains source and consent details alongside the assignment history.

Requested category

Categories are enabled only after their state, consent, and compliance controls are approved.

State eligibility

Agents receive only inquiries in approved states and categories.

Account readiness

An active subscription and available lead credits are part of routing.

Delivery records

Assignment, campaign source, and consent capture stay associated with the inquiry.

Credits and controls

Clear subscription rules, with no automatic credit purchases.

Monthly subscriptions include a defined credit allocation and renew unless canceled. If additional lead-credit packs are enabled, they are deliberate one-time purchases that require customer review and explicit confirmation.

  • No auto-refill or auto-replenishment.
  • No low-balance automatic charge.
  • Additional packs are available only to eligible active subscribers when enabled.

Lead Delivery Guarantee

How the Lead Delivery Guarantee Works

You should not lose paid lead value because LeadChâteau could not supply enough eligible leads.

Lead availability can vary by insurance category, state, territory, and consumer demand. When a LeadChâteau Inventory Shortage prevents fulfillment of eligible lead credits, the undelivered value is protected instead of simply disappearing.

  1. 01Monthly Lead Allocation
  2. 02LeadChâteau Delivers Eligible Leads
  3. 03Shortage? Remaining Credits Are Protected
  4. 04Protected Rollover Credits Stay in Account
  5. 05If Shortage Continues, Billing Protection May Activate

Monthly allocation protection

Undelivered monthly credits roll forward.

If LeadChâteau cannot deliver part of your monthly allocation because of a LeadChâteau Inventory Shortage, those eligible credits become Protected Rollover Credits. They remain in your account rather than being removed at the end of the period.

Serious continuing shortages

Billing Protection may apply.

When a material protected balance remains and supply stays limited, a renewal may enter Billing Protection through a renewal pause or billing-review hold instead of blindly stacking full charges. Portal access, historical data, existing leads, and protected credits remain available while delivery is reviewed.

Purchased Lead Credits

One-time packs stay separate and protected.

Optional extra lead packs are explicit one-time purchases for an active subscription. They never auto-renew or auto-replenish. If Purchased Lead Credits are not yet delivered, they remain separately protected and prioritized for future eligible delivery.

Beyond the applicable fulfillment window, eligible customers may continue waiting, approve applying remaining value to an eligible category or territory, or request a prorated-refund review. Options remain subject to eligibility and review.

Scope and timing

Targeting choices and lead results are different questions.

Unusually narrow targeting—such as limited ZIP codes, territories, categories, or optional restrictions—can slow delivery and is distinct from a LeadChâteau Inventory Shortage. LeadChâteau may flag targeting that is unlikely to support the selected monthly volume.

The Lead Delivery Guarantee protects paid eligible lead-credit value. It does not guarantee sales, commissions, contact or appointment rates, conversion rates, or return on investment.
